The breakfast was amazing! There were a lot of options to please their multinational guests. There were multiple restaurants in the vicinity and street food right outside. The shower was large with a door, which I prefer over a curtain shower. My favorite part was the massages parlor that shared the building with the hotel offered in room service.

Pleasant reception .... Clean room ... pool was good with nice view ... located on Baht bus route so quick transport when needed. Ideal for our needs.

It would be helpful if at least the check in staff could talk English only 1 out of 3 Could understand minimal English, there is a great staff member called gaff who is the only one that talks properly an goes out of his way to help you not only at breakfast but also in the bar upstairs! The rest of the staff need training, the wifi is awful and continually logs you out it gets really frustrating having to get a new code in every part of the hotel! Which last 20 mins before logging you out again??

Good helpful staff. Nice n clean rooms. Guest friendly hotel. Hotel staff helped me to book urgent cab to Bangkok at 4 am in the morning. Thanks for their efforts.
