    Muy chulo, se ve que es bastante nuevo y es muy moderno en comparación. Muy limpio al llegar, porque no limpian la habitación entre día y día.

    The place is nicely hidden in the back so there is barely any noise around. The place seems new and everything was nice and clean. The room was spacious and looked the same as on the pictures. Very comfortable and clean. I stayed close to the corridor entrance so I have heard the door open during the night, I would recommend earplugs. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is fairly close to the center, far enough not to be bothered by evening noise.

    Clean n budget hotel but a little far to city center. Need to walk around 1.3 km to Bus terminal 1 Chiang Rai.

    A stunning spacious room with well designed bathroom. Room has a great TV, large fridge and comfortable bed. We stayed a week it was that good. Room has air conditioning and very modern access control. Place looks exactly like the photo’s on booking.com and booking.com took the payment which meant no adding 3% for payment at property.

    Beautiful, new and mordern rooms! We like the way he furnished the room- very stylish! There was even a cupboard- you don’t find that very often in Thailand. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed! The only thing- it’s a bit hard to find! But the owner said he is getting a new sign board soon. He lives in the house on the left side of the little alley, so if you don’t see anybody at the reception desk, just go to that house. (It’s just behind the Coffee shop that is located on the Main Street. The in other reviews mentioned con with the loud door system is true but a minor con in comparison with the really lovely room you get!! And we have seen a lot of accommodations in Thailand.

    It was a great pleasure to stay at the Unique Residence. The house keeper is very kind and generous, allowed us to accomodate about 2 hours earlier because of the flight, and took us back to the bus station next day. There was no problem to leave our luggage and go sightseeing before our way to another city. The room was spacious and clean, staying at the apartment was really comfortable. We really do recommend this place for a stay :)

    Very spacious clean modern rooms. This isn't a hotel but more of a serviced apartments, but suited us perfectly.
