    Nice place and a friendly neighborhood. You can reach the city center by bus and metro line as well. The breakfast was continental, we always got hot croissant and toast bread. Friendly owner and nice rooms!

    Great location and attic room comes with a private roof terrace which is lovely, lovely continental breakfast too good for a mini break

    I have a big parcell, need to be delivered by TNT. They accept it in my name. So I was very happy and thankfull. Mr. Leah is really nice, and his mother too. I like the room, it felt like being at my grandmother's home, very cosy and sweet.

    It’s very homely, bed was very comfortable and all extremely clean and well looked after. We were made to feel very welcome, is def stay there again!

    Lovely stay in upstairs room with balcony. Host was lovely and helpful, continental breakfast with excellent fruit, yoghurt, fresh croissants and toast ! Comfortable large bed and excellent location just 5 min walk from tube stations and Fulham with plenty of restaurants etc. Great location for Wimbledon access, just 3 stops down tube line.

    The location was close to Parsons Green metro. Good choice of local restaurants to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Owner and son were both every friendly and made us feel very welcome.

    Fabulous room with private terrace. Warm welcome, delicious breakfast! Short walk from the District Line, so very practical. Good neighbourhood.

    Wonderful welcome, luxurious room, large continental breakfast. Private roof terrace was beautiful. Leah is a wonderful hostess and her cat is beautiful too!
