    Made to feel very welcome, room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Everywhere clean, bit of dust as you'd expect from an old house. Plenty of choice for the continental breakfast.

    The property was lovely and I enjoyed the airiness of the spacious rooms. We had a lovely garden to look out on and the stunning surroundings of the North Downs. Maggie was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome, providing a relaxed and homely environment.

    Very beautiful house and surroundings. Very friendly owners, with good recommendations (places to visit or hike). Very good breakfast, with vegan options (thank you for that!) The room was nice and comfortable with a view onto the lovely garden.

    The Waltons house is in a wonderful location, 2 minutes walking distance from the centre of Dorking but with a rural feeling. The house is comfortable, beuatiful and the appartment we had was spacious, very clean and decorated with an eye on the little details. It had a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a large sleeping area cum sitting room. The breakfast was superb, served on a large table with very nice fellow guests, lively talk, good food and very good service. The owner Maggie was very nice and helpful and communication with her prior to our arrival was very friendly and helpful.

    Maggie and Richard couldn’t do enough for us. They even accommodated a later breakfast for my husband after his morning Parkrun. Home made cakes, chilled juices and water were available 24/7 from the open dining room. The bedroom was large and comfortable and everywhere spotlessly clean.
