    El desayuno es excelente, completo y muy variado. La ubicacion es muy buena, cerca de shoppings, restaurantes, etc.

    Stayed here twice on our vacation.The hotel is perfectly located, directly opposite the Pavilion mall, steps from the action and night life. Despite being in a very busy area, the hotel was very quiet. The hotel is luxurious and staff are very attentive, porters were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, beautifully decorated and really enjoyed the small touches like the lavender oil to assist with a restful sleep. Beds were really comfortable. We were happy to receive complimentary water daily and we enjoyed the coffee plunger. Pool area and gym really nice too. After our first stay at the hotel we travelled to Bali and the hotel kept one of our bags until we returned-this was very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

    The friendliness of the staff front the moment you step in to the property of Westin Hotel, even at the front door. The professional way of them handling questions and the staff at the reception is very observative on your body language before you request for somethings. This is my third times staying at Westin and I will always choose to come back.

    The comfort. The warm and friendly hospitality from all the hotel staffs. The very strategic location. I love the breakfast too! Everyone of the hotel staffs is very helpful and accommodating.

    The room was clean, got what was requested. Love their room service especially. Staffs was nice, approachable and friendly. the view from the room was amazing as well. Overall 9/10. Will visit westin again.
