    This was the most incredible hotel, in so many ways from the concierge staff, check in, room service, room turn down and of course the interior was so beautiful! We couldn't have enjoyed our stay here more if we tried. the concierge made some incredible bookings for us and made sure they helped us make our itinerary for our stay cohesive. The concierge was also very knowledgeable about what galleries to go to, what performances to see and what tours of the city to do. We loved our stay so much that we extended and cancelled our other accomodation at a different hotel in New York! I would highly recommend this hotel.

    The location is ideal for anyone wanting to be right in the centre next to all the shops and Central Park. It’s modern with quirky art all over the hotel The rooms are spacious with lovely bathrooms

    It was a beautiful property. High comfort and a feeling of being somewhere special. The staff are friendly and gracious. They cannot do enough to help. Food was exceptional.

    The property is absolutely gorgeous Kit Kemps amazing design can be seen throughout. We were so fortunate to be upgraded to the Whitby Suite which was a fantastic treat as it was my daughters first ever holiday (4 months old) and my mother’s 50th birthday! We all had an incredible time and the cocktail list was fantastic. Favourites were I can see clearly now, the Whitby paloma and orchards by the sea 😍
