Exceptional, everything was perfect starting from the reception and the excellent welcoming from Mr Ahmed FPM and Mrs Marwa the quality manager, all stuff are very kind and helpful, Aqua is amazing and location of the hotel is very good nearby Senzo mall . We had a very good time and our kids enjoyed their time alot ,Food was good with different variety each day, Snacks are average but nice. We recommend the stay there and we would love to go back again next time. Thanks Mrs Marwa & Mr Ahmed for your kindness and cooperation, we were pleased to meet you.

Todas las instalaciones estaban satisfechas personal donde extremadamente serviciales y Lo más amable y servicial siempre la Sra Marwa que nos cuida y el señor Ahmed .también recepcionista tan encantadora y estupenda primera impresión del hotel. Reserve una habitacion triple para mi y mi familia y yo donde upgrade a una habitacion familiar grande lo cual fue una gran sorpresa .El personal del restaurante simplemente encantador y la comida era increible y variable quedé muy satisfecha con mi estancia con mi familia . Gracias especial al equipo de animación Mr Adam (yoga 👍🏻 , estirándose en los 212 , bellydancecon Vicky ) y aunque corto y dulce esta vez, espero volver para una visita mas larga en el futuro. Muchas gracias por alojarse en el complejo del parque acuático Titanic.
