    The staff were ecxellent especially Ahmed yazeed and mohamed Abbas.gave all assistance needed and more.The only thing that frustrated me is the animation team who neglected us and did not show any interest in talking to us,since they only concentrated on the non Arabic speakers.This was the only draw back and negative impression on the hotel part.

    To be honest this is one of my best Holidays ever ❤ it was my ❤Honeymoon❤ and the staff there did their Best to make it Happen and To Make us happy Couple special thanks to Mr MOHAMED ABASS ❤ Who did his best to bring the happiness and the smile to us Starting from the way they Prepared the Room for Us and the Heart on the Bed With the Flower and use to call me to check if i need Anything and if every thing as i wanted and the ( SURPRISE) HONEYMOON DINNER beside the Swimming pool ❤ . as well MR KASSEM the restaurant Manager who Alwyas use to ask me if every thing ok .. As well thanks to Mr karam Kamel Ass operation Manager who Arranged the Grill Dinner for me and my wife it was Amazing .. So Over All the service and the hotel and the cleanliness is Amazing.. I am very thankful for All those People who Brought the happiness and the smile to my Family 😊. It will be my place every Holiday for me and my Family ❤

    El señor Hossam y el señor Ahmed en recepción son muy serviciales. No hay varios en comida ni aperitivos. Me encantan las vistas a la piscina.

    Every thing was perfect, especially the two gentlemen who looked after our comfort , Mr hossam in the operator section and Mr samrah in the reception. I've been surprised that even not available wishes became true ... just ask these pleasant two guys
