    The location is good, near to many restaurants, shops and mini markets, just walking distance can reach. The staffs are friendly and helpful as well, able to communicate in English and a bit of Mandarin,thanks for teaching us how to go to the attractions. Highly recommend, will come and stay this hotel again next time.

    1) Very good location: close to the beach, near the bus stop of local routes, not far from the Nha Trang railway station. 2) the staff was polite and very helpful. They gave me a number of valuable advices, including about how to reach Ba Ho waterfalls. Many of them spoke good English. 3) I arrived at Nha Trang very early and was allowed to check in upon arrival, before the official check-in time (although it involved an additional charge).

    The staff were extremely helpful. They spoke good English, greeted us warmly and escorted us to our room. They checked if we are happy with everything and gave us a fantastic room. Location was literally 5 mins walk to the beach and perfectly situated around popular restaurants etc. We had an issue with our flight tickets for danang, and the young gentleman let me use his phone and stayed up till 2am to make sure my issue was resolved. Although seems like common courtesy, I feel this was excellent customer service. Would recommend to all.
