    Clean, fixed non working toilet very quick, good value for money, close to airport by free shuttle

    Staff counter service level is very good for check-in & out. They also returned items customer left behind (after check out), we went back the next day to retrieval.

    Helpful staff and clean good sized room, perfect for an airport stop over, really good value. We took a taxi from the airport which was around £5 (50 yuan) and used the airport transfer on the way back.

    Stayed one night on a layover. The bed was very comfortable, I had good WiFi signal and the free shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent.

    good hotel. staff can speak english. they are kind and help me everything while I'm stay at hotel. Price is not expensive and the room is clean.this hotel have service for picking up and take visitors to the airport. And next time if I go to Shenzhen, I'll stay at Tomorrow west Hotel again

    Staff tried hard to help us. Some were English speaking. Room was large and well furnished. Hotel well staffed. Airport shuttle excellent. Very comfortable and large bed.

    The room is really clean, especially, the wash room and toilet is really clean and nice. The shuttle bus service is really good. I can go to airport by the shuttle bus free of charge. The room and bed condition is good.
