    The location. Near everything. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. It is located on the strip which is good if you are going for a party based holiday.

    There was nothing about this place to like. I actually don't know where to start!!! It was filthy... mosquitos everywhere, blood on my bed sheet on arrival. The maids left 3 girls with two towels for the whole week and when asked for replacements they were rude and arrogant. The beach complex is disgusting and dated .Would not recommend it to a dog never mind a human.

    My sister with her daughter with same friends stay in the Residence for 4 nights (I made reservation for them) and the first day we had same mistake at the check-in. But I have to do a great Thanks to the Manager that understood our needs. I spoke with him to the Phone and everything was solved! Thanks to all the staff to supporting my parents that speak only Italian! Great place where to stay, very funny for young adults! Thanks Again!

    Great location in the middle of the hive of clubs and bars. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, also go out of their way to share knowledge about where to go and what to do in the area.

    view from the terrace was lovely, we could see the sea. Location on the strip would be fine for mid -season. 24hr reception was great, staff were lovely & friendly, very helpful. Room was kept clean regularly & bins emptied regularly. we asked for extra bags for the bathroom bin so we could empty on a daily basis. Lovely fluffy white towels.
