    The junior suite with hot tub was amazing! The room was clean & bright, new, fully equipped with bathrobe, hair dryer, fresh towels, safety deposit... I love the little balcony added to the room. The bathroom was also clean & perfect. Mattia, our host, was really helpful and always available for helps/questions. The breakfast is included in a cafe few minutes away, simple but quite tasty. The street can be quite busy at night especially in the weekend because there are restaurants & (mini) clubs at the end of the streets but not bothering at all. In fact, giving the real ambiance of Naples! To find a building is quite tricky because the signage is not very visible, but found it anyway. Very recommended to stay in Naples!

    One of THE best places we’ve stayed. Brand new, fantastic mattresses, welcoming hosts and right in the centre of historic Naples. This place is a hidden gem and an absolute bargain. Mattia and Andrea went out of their way to help us. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and they so thoughtfully left us a bottle of bubbly and some confetti to get us in the celebratory mood. Highly recommended.

    I would go and stay again. Andrea and Mattia was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Available anytime to ask questions. Gave personalised advice to make the best time of our stay. we had the most kindest and safest taxi driver which I would recommend booking through Andrea. The rooms were new and clean and beautifully decorated. I went for a early birthday moth and daughter time with my mum and I can honestly say I have never been to an accomodation where so much effort is made . Andrea decorated the room and provided us with candles and traditional Napoli cakes and desert wine. And a beautiful note. it was utterly special. I would recommend to anyone to go and stay here. The longer we stayed the more I realised what a perfect location we were in to visit and access a big city. Thanks Andrea , Mattia and Team

    the location is more than perfect; right in the middle of the historical center but still in a quiet street to not be disturb. It is also great to go to all interested point outside of Napoli; close to all meeting point by walking distance the room was great; spacious, great furnitures, with AC, cleaned everyday, great bedding Andrea the manager welcomed us very nicely and took time to explain everything, gave us a map with all the main point to see etc. very helpful!

    If you are reading this review and hesitating between a few accomodations in the heart of Naples, I suggest you to book this B&B! The most perfect location: 5 minutes from Spaccanapoli, 15 minutes from the port, good grocery store 3 minutes. The room is beautiful, nicely decorated, tasteful crystal clean and well equipped: balcony, AC, minibar, kettle, glasses, mugs, iron, ironboard, safe, hairdryer. Coffee machine at the reception. I was surprised to expeience such a great supply in a B&B! The owners are very friendly and helpful, you can contact them in advance and anytime during the stay. Breakfast consist of a coffee drink and a pastry in a cafe with outdoor seating on a nice square next to a church, 3 minutes from the property. There is no sign on the buliding so upon arrival just look for the intercom next to the gate and ring Tredici Boutique Rooms. I will definetily book again!

    The room with its exceptional high ceilings, stylish furniture, comfty beds and luxury bathroom war great. We loved the place, the owner was very friendly and helpful and we totally recomend staying at Tredici Boutique Hotel! Thanks for making our stay in Naples awesome.
