    A unos 20 minutos andando de todas partes. La habitación estaba muy limpia.

    El trato del personal es maravilloso, te ayudan con todo siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. Nos informaron sobre todo, donde cambiar dinero, qué ver, dónde comer... Nosotros dormimos en el loft y a pesar de la escalera para subir a la cama, estuvimos muy cómodos. La habitación es pequeña pero suficiente y el aire acondicionado es muy potente. El desayuno muy rico y variado, te lo hacen al momento. Contratamos dos tour con el hotel y lo pasamos genial. Totalmente recomendable.

    Clean and comfortable. The only thing was I stayed at L1 and after the heavy downpour, the drainage kind of smells in the shower. But it was a beautiful room.

    Beds are comfy. Staff was amazing. The guy that works at night shifts, he checked us in really late without extra fee and also made us breakfast for our last morning and packed it into plastic bags so we could take them with us (we checked out before breakfast time). Breakfast was so big that you wouldn't almost need lunch. They cook it right in front of you and cooks are so nice too. 100% clean. 15 mins close to the walking street.

    My family and I have booked 4 rooms for 2 nights in this hotel. The location of the hotel was good. We had no noise from the street or other guests. We read some bad reviews, but wanted to give it a chance. We shouldn't have done this, because our stay turned into a disaster.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful, beautiful rooms, comfy bed and pillows, not walking distance to some places but easily a 5 minute scooter ride.

    The location is a 10 minute drive from everything you need to see. I liked the fact that the apartment felt like home, comfortable. The pillows were amazing and there were black out curtains for those afternoon naps on hot summer days. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

    From the minute we stepped in to may house we were met with the most sweetest people who helped us with getting around Vietnam to any request or requirement needed by us all was taken care by them . The receptionist was the most kindest person i have very met who kept helping us whenever needed . The rooms are kept in really good clean condition and they are cleaned everyday . would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family .
