    Triumph Luxury hotel truly is a triumph in luxury. From the moment you enter the door and the doorman takes your suitcase for you and walks and talks with you to the check-in desk to the happy, friendly, multi-lingual staff behind the desk you feel that you are being taken care of. We didn’t have the best day and I asked for a free upgrade which was given happily to my husband and I. The room was spacious and very clean. When we asked for more toiletries they were delivered within half an hour. The pool was heated and just what we needed when we got there. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Their coffee is probably the best morning coffee in any hotel in Egypt. We were also given a late check-out which turned our bad weekend into one of the most enjoyable weekends we have had in Cairo.

    the staff were so friendly and understanding with problem in our bathroom , they changed our room to avoid the problem and give us a good mini bar drinks for gifts .

    1. Best lobby I have seen in a long time for a hotel. Big,beautiful, spacious, ATM with forex services. 2. Best gym in the world. Am serious. 😁. Too many modern equipments 3. Very nice staff. Mohamed, the porter was excellent.Actually, 2 Mohameds but were all nice with assistance in translation, luggage, use of machine and advisory. Khaled s professionalism at the check-in world class. He is gentle,humane and considerate. The cleaners are good. Spick and span lobby,corridors and rooms. 4. Barely 10 minutes to the airport. 5 minutes to New Festival Mall. Brilliant location. In you are in Cairo for leisure, try and spend your time there.

    The moment I arrived at the hotel the staff were very welcoming and sweet ... and through out my stay they were making sure that everything is ok ... the room was just perfect and clean... room service was very fast and the prices is very reasonable ...I will be coming back again for sure... it's a must stay
