    El hostel está muy bien en calidad-precio la ubicación está súper bien y el personal también sobre todo may que es encantadora! Lo recomiendo para visitar hanoi

    Fantastic location, right on Gold Street (Hang Bac). This hostel has an excellent terrace with a rooftop shelter. There are tables and chairs up there so it's a great place to party. They even have fans up there so it's great in the heat. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and on numerous occasions they bent over backwards to help me out which I very much appreciated. The prices of drinks and extra's like coffee are kept reasonable for travellers. This is a nice change from other hostels. They serve a good breakfast here, and provide everyone with a towel and there is soap in the bathroom and showers. This is exceptionally handy for travellers and makes a big difference for those staying there.

    The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made my trip a lot better. I can recommend Ubuntu Hostel for every solo traveler as they offer travelling packages to other cities. This was the best hostel i've been thanks to May!

    L’emplacement en plein centre mais calme une fois à l’intérieur!Mai is the best person in Vietnam I met,she ‘s just perfect,always smily,she helped my cousins and me to book our sleeping bus,our tour in Halong Bay even is not her job because Ubuntu doesn’t propose tours services.the building is old but for a few nights it’s ok!we share a very good meals with Mai and the Houseskeeping,was delicious!you must go there and meet Mai!you are my best meeting in Vietnam!take care

    The staff were brilliant really did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was excellent and timings were flexible depending on what you had planned for the day. Also really liked the location and rooftop chill out space.

    The people are really lovely, I really enjoyed my stay there. The location was amazing. Additionally, the international environment in the hostel made my experience way better. Highly recommended and would definitely come back again.
