    The villa/room was very private, clean and well equipped down to complimentary mosquito repellent and sunscreen lotion. The location of this property was great and suited our preference - a short 5-min walk from the main street in Seminyak with restaurants, bars and shopping, yet offered privacy and security. The gym facility has new equipment and is very clean.

    Could not fault and staff could not do enough for you. They allowed us a 4pm checkout instead of 12 noon as the villa was not needed immediately and there was no charge. Breakfast included at Kilo Kitchen daily . Private pool and courtyard,. 5 mins walk to Seminyak's "eat street" with all of the restaurants, bars and boutiques. Bed very comfortable. Amazing shower.

    The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms and gardens were beautiful and clean and the breakfast everyday was delicious. You are walking distance to restaurants and shopping but you don't hear all the noise from the street in your room or in the garden.

    The location was perfect. Walking distance to the main shopping and restaurant area yet not too close - could not hear the music from the late night bars. The menu at the Kilo restaurant had a good selection and also a good selection of complimentary foods and drink.
