The staff was so welcoming and nice! lovely people. I had a really nice room third floor with view of the river. I really liked the hot onsen baths near the river, and the watejets in their regular pool inside are great also. the river pool is open only juli and august. I did not use the breakfast as i miscalculated my route for things to see and do the next day, so if you are going from here to taroko gorge, you might be better off staying here one night, then do the taichung sights and next night in puli, this has to do with some roads that are stl closed. Anyway very nivce and pure hotel, great to see all the regular oldies enjoying the water. ps bring a bating cap, or use the throw away obes they offer for free. -

I want to stress the the service was absolutely amazing. Staff was very helpful and literally guessing our needs. For example, when my wife did not feel well for a while she was offered massage which helped her immediately. Besides this hotel is very conveniently located and rooms offer amazing rivers side views (make sure you book a room with a riverside view). Spa facilities offer a variety of hot springs. We will definitely be willing to come back here again. -

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Hot springs facilities were plenty and well maintained daily. Room was spacious and had we a good view of the stream and mountain.
