    We had the 4 person room: spacious room, pictures on booking.com are accurate. Should you find as we did that paying 48 euro just to have breakfast for a family if 4 is too expensive: there's a great backery (Peli) just around the corner.

    This was the second stay at this hotel and it was just as good this time round. The addition of tea and coffee making equipment was very welcome.

    Comfortable large sized family room with 4 comfortable single beds and a good sized bathroom. Breakfast was nice. Good location for visiting Ypres which is only a 15 minute car ride away.

    They have an enclosed private parking with a closed gate to protect your belongings. The rooms are very very clean and tidy. They have a strong and stable Wifi And best of all the Staff is the most friendly, kind and helpful I have encountered in the last years I have been in and out hotels. They have a genuine smile and love their job. I really felt at home and even more I felt how it was to be treated like a King. Thank you !

    Second time we have stayed. staff are fantastic. They couldn’t be more helpful. Everything you need and really clean. Just a short walk into the centre of town.
