    Trato excelente, limpieza excelente, las camas eran amplias y muy confortables. Los artículos de cortesía del baño, son de buena calidad.

    The staff didn’t seem friendly at first but after talking to them, they were so friendly and helpful. Check in process was so smooth and the room was amazing. Value for money in every way possible. Loved it overall

    The staff were great and room was good, plus I had a nice view (even with the thick haze). I liked the pool (though the water was a bit chilly) and facilities. There were walkways connecting the hotel to the conference centre and other buildings where many restaurants (of all types of cuisine) were located. There was a complimentary bus that you could take to a few destinations, but these only run twice a day (if there are guests who want to depart at these times) and there is no return service to the hotel. The sign also did not indicate that the bus does not run on Sundays.

    I guess I booked the residence instead of the hotel and it was huge. 2 toilets, 2 king sized beds. Pretty clean.
