    La amplitud de las habitaciones junto con la decoración excepcional. Veronica que regenta el establecimiento resulta encantadora y siempre dispuesta a ayudar para cualquier aspecto que nos pudiera hacer mejor nuestra estancia.

    We received such a warm welcome from the hosts, and were offered cappuccinos and tea and a chance to relax in the beautiful lounge whilst waiting for one of our rooms to be prepared...the property is outstanding & it felt like we were staying with friends. Veronica thoroughly spoiled us with a sumptuous breakfast laid out in the exquisite dining room , she also recommended and booked some fantastic restaurants for lunch and dinner...def a home from home with a wonderful family of hosts that could not do enough - wish we could have stayed longer!

    The staff were lovely, it was not the most upscale place I've ever stayed but it was the most lovely. Extra touches meant a lot. Only difficulty was front door for the whole building (not the apartment) was a little difficult to open.

    The boutique hotel was fantastic! The owner (also the main personal in the hotel) is amazing. Extremely helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and organic. The products in the bathroom was all organic. Veronica (the owner) helped me surprise my wife. We really loved the hotel and will definitely stay there the next time we are in Florence.

    The most wonderful boutique hotel! Furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Comfortable rooms with en-suite facilities. Veronica (owner) is the loveliest host, maintains contact via WhatsApp and providing excellent local recommendations. Provides a large satisfying yummy breakfast. Really felt like a home away from home. Will definitely be back!

    The suit was wonderful. More beautiful than pictures. The location is good, only 2 tram stations from train station, around 5mins for taking. And15mins walking from river side with good view. The lady from suit was so elegant and nice to us. Everything was perfect.
