    Loved my stay here. Alvin was great and made me feel so welcome from the minute I arrived. He was always arranging things for everyone to do as a group in order to socialise and experience what Uluwatu has to offer. As a solo traveller, this is exactly what you want to help integrate and meet other guests. Whether travelling alone or in a group, I would definitely recommend Vertical House. Alvin also whatsapped me before arriving to arrange transport from the airport and a scooter for my stay which was spot on! 10/10

    I enjoyed my stay here very much. One can get a very quiet and peaceful sleep at night. Yet it is a short ride to Padang Padang and other places in Uluwatu. Alvin was very helpful and giving us lots of tips, places to eat and drink and spa.

    The guy was really nice and we had a pleasant chat with him but i have to say the bungalow is not what we expected. We payed 810 000 Rp.for two nights (2people) and that is a lot. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere; the room didnt look like the one on pictures and it was full of mosquitos. The shower and the whole bathroom were really amazing (theres even hot water), but i have to say in general; the price shouldnt be this high..

    Alvin was a really nice guy who’s knows a lot about the area and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and activities Bathroom was pretty Chilled out vibe Communal was good, there were hammocks were you could chill WiFi pretty good Friendly cat and dog

    Very nice host, took us out for food and beers, has good knowledge on surf spots. Clean rooms, scooter rental, nice location. Would stay here again.

    The place was very clean, the bungalow was quite large. Great traveler atmosphere. Quiet place and very friendly staff. Alvin made us feel at home as soon as we arrived.

    The room was big, very nice and very clean. There is a wonderful garden all around and very calm. Very good ambience, Alvin is really a nice and helpful person and also the guests where nice. Very fun place to stay and meet new people. Also the position is very good and very central to visit the Bukit peninsula by motorbike. You can rent the motorbike directly in Vertical house, this is also very good!
