La ubicación es excepcional en pleno barrio de Ximendin con todos los servicios alrededor. La habitación muy amplia con móvil de cortesía para que te lo puedas llevar y un masajeador de espalda que nos hizo muy buen papel. La limpieza muy buena y aunque no lo usamos tienen comida y bebida gratuitas en la recepción durante todo el día. Impecable, de lo mejorcito de nuestro viaje.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They were very sweet to send me a hand written letter for my birthday. They helped order famous Taiwan souvenirs which were delivered to the hotel on the same day. Beds were comfortable. Location is convenient, easy to access restaurants, shops and underground. Will recommend my friends to stay here.

Staffs were very friendly :) Good facilities. Food in the snack corner was awesome (lots of variety). Located in a good location, just below the streets (but not noisy).

Location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The snack bar and lounge is very well-equipped. Able to do laundry FOC.

Staffs were very kind and well cleaned room. This hotel is located in the Ximen area and convenient to go around Taipei city. I stayed the twin bed room with a friend. This room was spacious enough for two people and well cleaned every day. The breakfast surved at the snack corner was also good. If I have a time to visit Taipei again, this hotel would be the one of my options.

Like the staff very much, provide the good service for me. my friend birthday at the day, hotel staff very nice to give over a small gift and a birthday card with all the staff wish. We reach there early, the room was not ready but the staff keep coming to explain and feel sorry. This is the second time I stay in, will stay in agian for my next visit to Taipei. Location was in the XimenDing. Mini bar provide 24hrs drink and snack.

Like the Sealy mattress and the soft blanket! Slept very well in the 2 nights stayed in Via. The location is great, it is at the centre of Ximending where you can get everything even in midnight.
