    Staff at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. They offered some recommendations for us to visit and were happy to order us a taxi on couple of occasions. Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. It’s a little bit away from the main centre but taxi was very cheap so would definitely stay there again😊

    The staff was very friendly and the room was clean (except the floor, which probably wasn't wiped up). We used the laundry service and were satisfied with the result. Next to the hotel is a supermarket. A shopping street is also nearby. So the location of the hotel isn't too bad, although it is not in the center. We even liked the hotel so much, that we booked it again for another visit in Hanoi.

    - super friendly, helpful staff, always smile and ask if they can help with anything - 24/7 reception (I checked out at 5am and the staff was wide awake, full of energy, quick to complete the process and helped me carry the luggage to my taxi) - new furniture, modern bathroom (love the little green plant in the bathroom) - AC works well (cool and warm options), hot water available throughout, good water pressure - strong wifi in room - lift available and fast - there's a supermarket within 2 minutes' walk. the big road in front of the hotel is full of clothing stores.

    I just wanted a little space and time to myself and this place over delivered. The bed was super comfy and the shower strong and hot. If anyone needs a break from everything with some modern comfort, this place is perfect. With a VinMart right next to it I didn't have to go far. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned everyday impeccably.

    Mình đặt hộ 2 bạn người Nhật, người check phòng cho 2 anh ấy là bạn mình người VN. Cả bạn VN và 2 anh Nhật đều rất ưng phòng. Mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ,có bồn tắm, 2 giường đơn. Nhân viên cũng rất thân thiện.
