    Bed was lovely and comfortable. Room was quite modern and nice and clean, including the bathroom. Nice friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Facilities to make hot drink in room was welcomed (if it's replenished!)

    Service at Breakfast was a disgrace as there was only ONE (1) attendant running about the whole place trying to meet customer needs. The room was a disgrace as we needed to wait about 5mins before hot water could run in the shower. We were placed in a room next to the janitor and one wonders if this was actually a makeshift room or one reserved for staff use. I woke up with stiff neck because of the uncomfortable pillows.

    We had a refurbished room which was spacious and very clean. The food was very tasty and service was quick. The staff were all pleasant.

    Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms. Dinner and breakfast were excellent.
