El hotel está bien ubicado, muy cerca de salida del metro y de la Bell Tower, por tanto es bastante céntrico. Well located hotel,close to subway station and Bell Tower , which is right in Xi’an downtown area (close to other touristic attractions)

It has a basic room which fine to sleep one person. I can recommend this to students and single people traveling. Location was also fine.

Vienna Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower is not a 5 stars hotel. Not, if you judge by the facilities, by the breakfast, or the room amenities. The location was good enough for our needs: walking distance from a main street and not so far from the Bell Tower. Room was OK but a little bit 'shabby'. Need some serious renovation. Breakfast for a spoiled Westenner was a total disaster. We went in - and immediately - out. All Chinese food - and for the rest: a boiled egg and a toast... No coffee was detected. The reception team was very polite BUT did not speak English...

The hotel is close to the subway and it is a good base to visit Xian's attractions. There are several shopping malls and restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel excepts MasterCard, this a big plus in China.

Location pretty good. Shame there is no window in the bedroom we had, but room size was good (separate lounge room) and two bathroom facilities.

Check in process very easy . The rooms we requested were fulfilled. Location is very good . Just a few minute walk from the bell tower.

The breakfast is Chinese style (which was ok for me), interesting. The location of the hotel in down town Xi'an close to the Bell Tower is excellent. Most major sights are within a (short) walking distance and most others can be reached by public transportation starting at Bell Tower.
