    Hosted by wonderful a family with great hospitality. Had a very pleasant stay in this cozy Villa cottage. It has the charm of the Portuguese goan house. You wake up to the tune of this wonderful chirp by the birds during dawn and dusk. The rooms were very clean, with all the necessary requirements provided from the electrical switches, lights, fridge, heater, TV. Its very situated close to KTC bus stand and Fontainhas.

    The room was clean and such a comfortable place to stay. The hosts were so kind and accommodating, even when I had last minute changes to my plans or last minute questions. I was worried about mosquitoes at first because of the tile roof, but I didn't have any bug problems at all. The quiet neighborhood and lovely garden made it a lovely, relaxing place to rest while still being walking distance to the typical tourist attractions in Panjim. I cannot recommend this location highly enough.
