    Just returned after a week at Villa Kipas. Lovely modern, comfortable villa, with very professional and friendly staff - Gede prepares a wonderful breakfast at a time to suit. Little extras at the Villa (drinking water dispenser, extra beach towels, toiletries, etc.) made everything so much more convenient. Lots of contact with Neil, the owner, before arrival providing very helpful information of things to do and where to eat and also arranged transport for us from Ubud. Lovely touch to include a free massage by Sri. Would definitely return.

    High level of privacy, villa is equipped with great taste and gives feeling of luxury. Great water features around villa and nice swimming pool. Owner of the villa prepared absolutely great orientation materials we used all the time.

    Everything, the villa and staff were absolutely amazing. From the initial enquiry for the villa to the inclusive free airport pick up, sincere welcoming on arrival, tour and explanation of villa and surrounds, friendly and beautiful staff (big call out for Gede and his young helper who totally spoilt us), the entire experience at Villa Kippas exceeded our expectations. The Villa is in the perfect location, 200m walk to beach, less than 10 mins walk to multiple eating, shopping, bars, markets areas but still had a local feel. Highly recommend this villa particularly to older families or couples. Pool area is stunning and perfect for lazy days when you dont feel like going out and about.

    The Villa was fantastic! very nice pool area, enough sun chairs and places to chill out, clean pool & floats available big kitchen and living room, very clean breakfast was served every day by Gede, who was a really nice balinese cook Neil, the owner, was super helpful before and during our stay! stuff was great overall, we had a 60min massage included directly in the Villa. two bedrooms & two big bathrooms. only 2min walk to the beach with lots of bars for sundowners & live music (no party) and very close to the main street with lots of Bars, Cafes & Restaurants. There was also a security guy available at night Just a sidenote from us (but nothing to do with the Villa itself) - be careful on the streets, take a taxi (blue bird) home at night! If you go out, don't bring any Values. There is a lot of stealing going on at night - also, watch out for motorbikes passing by really close, they can steal your purse

    Villa Kipas ist genial! Wir waren zu viert dort und am Anfang einfach überwältigt! Wir sind uns so viel Luxus eigentlich nicht gewöhnt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, der Service makelos u.s.w. Es klingt vieleicht etwas übertrieben aber das ist es nicht. Ich kann Villa Kipas sehr empfehlen. Das Frühstück wurde uns jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet und wir konnten am Vortag von einer Karte bestellen, was wir möchten.

    Top Lage nahe Strand und auch Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Villa selbst war wunderbar - sowohl die Innenausstattung als auch besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool. Super auch der nette Service beim Frühstück! Es war ein top Aufenthalt!
