Very friendly and helpful service. The restaurant in the same building was excellent- friendly staff, delicious food and wine. The breakfast was also very good.

The room is located in an old building that is a Unesco heritage site. The interior of the building has been remodeled with a nice modern design, but still keeps some original parts such as the wood beams and the stone walls, which gives it a really nice touch. It is very well located, within less than 5m from the Split old town and harbour. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, including one owned by the owners of Villa Matejuska, right in the ground floor of the building. It's there that they serve breakfast, which wasn't great, but good considering that this is not an hotel. Considering the location, history and design of the property, we believe the value for money was good.

Nice house in the historical area. Very close to the old town... but in a quiet place. Rooms recently refurbished/updated with good aspect. Very clean. Owner helpful. Many good restaurants in the neighbourhood

Host Luka is very nice ! He gives me a lot of help! The restaurant is sooo nice & foods are good ! Service is perfect! The building is so special & keeps it as Heritage! Love it

Muy limpio y una buena ubicación. El aspecto del techo con vigas de madera daba gusto. Las mesas del balcón eran muy agradables.
