    The apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, basic kitchen equipment, plenty of room for two people. It was the location and view that made it. We had the front apartment with terrace and the view was exceptional (see photo). Perfect for morning coffee and breakfast and for evenings watching the boats with a glass of wine. Excellent central location right above the harbour, yet apartment was quiet and noise from bars didn't seem to carry up. Kassiopi is a lovely place to stay with good shops and plenty of places to eat without feeling tacky or too 'resorty'. It's a good base for exploring the north of the island. Luigi was the perfect host, he couldn't have been more welcoming. A fantastic stay and good value for money.

    Great location, brilliant host, even though Luigi was away at the time he was in constant contact making sure everything was ok. He also gave us some great tips for places, restaurants and beaches to visit. We met Maria who was friendly and working hard to make our stay as good as possible, her lovely homemade cake was an added bonus. Wonderful views across Kassiopi harbour and beyond. Room small and clean with all the basic essentials you need. Lots of steps up to the room which did us good, came home fitter!

    Excellent communication with owners. Tremendous view from balcony from front facing rooms. Very amicable cleaning staff and in a very convenient location for exploring Kassiopi.

    We booked the last studio apartment (studio 2) which doesn't have a sea view but there is a shared terrace which has fantastic views of the harbour. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable - the mattress was a lot more comfortable than most I have slept on in Greece. Luigi was so very helpful and responded to emails and messages almost instantly even though he was away when we stayed. Luigi's mother Maria was also really nice, bringing home made cake for everyone. The location couldn't be any better and I would highly recommend Villa Perris.

    Great location. Just 5 minuets walk to the beautiful beaches. Quite lively and cute small town, but very quiet apartment. lots of restaurants and shops close by. Maria was so kind and helpful.

    The owners were really kind and friendly, always available and giving us a lot of tips about places to visit, restaurants etc. Luigi also helped us in keeping our luggages in Corfu, while we were visiting Corfu Town on the first day. That definitely helped us a lot.

    All as advertised. Kept clean, good view from terrace, aircon very, very effective (some times rather uncontrollably cool though), decent fridge. Lots of hot water at all times. Position in the harbour is lovely. Maria the owner’s mother is lovely and brought us cake. Bed was comfy, for a nice change in Greece, but pillows as is usual were hard.
