The villa was great. Very comfortable, spacious, homely, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We were pleasantly surprised with how big the pool was. The pool was cleaned every couple of days. Antonio was a wonderful host. Let us stay in the villa on our final day until we needed to leave for our evening flight (obviously no one else was checking in that day). He left us fresh towels halfway through our stay and popped in to check everything was ok a couple of times.

Antonio was a very nice man did all he could to assist us and the cleaning ladies were lovely, the place was very clean, we loved the garden and the pool, the tv was good for 7 days then sky went off for the last 2 just as the football started.The area is quiet at night. If we could of lived in the garden we would of been happy, Jacuzzi was great needed to leave lid off for some time before getting in it’s quite hot. Also it’s deadly at the side of the jacuzzi be very careful getting in and out.

Good facilities good location and Antonio was brilliant the property had everything you could want and full sky package which was great for some of our party very easy check in and out definitely would go there again

Loved the villa , would definitely recommend and go back, very clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub good size, gets the sun all day. The local area great and its only a couple of euros into main town.

Villa Pippa had all we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Lanzerote. It was very clean and there is a plentiful supply of clean towels. The location gives easy access to the beaches and is a short walk from the main drag of Avienda de Las Playas. The outside areas are well kept and the large pool area is south facing so gets the sun all day. Other reviews mentioned buses coming and going from the resort entrance across the way but they didn't bother us and the villa is now well screened from the street by a mature hedge and full height driveway and pedestrian gates. The property manager is very pleasant and helpful.

El espacio exterior era excelente. Gran piscina exterior y solárium con zona sombreada para comer, etc. La piscina se limpia regularmente. Buena plaza de parking seguro con portón eléctrico. Todo lo que estaba destinado a trabajar lo hizo. Paquete completo con Sky. Un ventilador moveable fue muy útil. Electrodomésticos de cocina todo excelente. Buena variedad de vajilla y cubiertos, etc. Tener una caja fuerte segura para pequeños objetos de valor como dinero y pasaportes. Gran recibimiento y recibimiento y genial tener tiempo extra al final de la estancia para empacar etc el último día (muchos hoteles cobran por hacer el check out tarde!). Tener la confianza de poder conseguir a alguien si lo necesitábamos (no lo hicimos! ).
