    The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, well fitted out and comfortable. The hotel is very clean. Hotel staff were very nice and attentive overall (even my slippers were changed every time they looked a bit dirty). Staff even showed us another set of elevators when the main ones were busy and noisy. Location was excellent.

    The staff is very kind, responsive, warm welcoming and they are very professional. They attend all your needs, everything you wish for! The pool is lovely, located at the sixth floor, water temperature is perfect! My Loan from the kids club is kind and attentive, helped my kids. Vi from reception is kind , helping, smiles all the time and tend all our requests with a lot of gentle and good will.

    Staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. Vi was especially helpful. She provided me with a local contact for laundry and helped me to book an extra night in the same room. Great location, walking distance from the main tourist areas. We had had a two bedroom apartment with amazing sea views. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Perfect for a family with 2 children.

    This hotel is fabulous in many ways. Attention to detail in the room, super helpful and friendly staff, amazing location, superb buffet breakfast. Strictly speaking in terms of hospitality this sets the standard for me for a 5-star hotel

    The staff were very polite and went beyond expectations to meet our needs. I would recommend the hotel to any one who wants to have a good time visiting Nha Trang. The beach is within walking distance from the hotel and other attractions can be easily reached by taxi.

    Everything about the Hotel was great the staff on reception were very helpful the bedroom was very clean food was also very plenty of choice catered for everyone I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    위치는 좋았다. 빈컴플라자가 있어 마트도 편리하게 갔고, 1층엔 하이랜드 카페도 있어서 좋았다. 걸어서 포홍도 가까워서 굳이 호텔 조식을 먹지않아도 충분했다. 가격대비 만족했으며, 직원들도 친절했다:)
