I had already paid using my credit card but the week before I went, it got stolen. The reception wanted me to present the credit card which I obviously couldn't do so they then refunded the old card and then charged me on the new card. The result of this means that I now have more bank charges to pay and they said the refund would take 30-45 days. As if losing the card in the first place was not bad enough, absolutely no sympathy from them. Further to this, it was a nice place to stay but I have to say the staff just looked confused when we asked for anything. Customer service overall was poor. -

Fantastic property we had three bedroom that was huge with a private pool that was great. Very well set up as speed boat transfer to mainland every 30 minutes I think 24hr but we never tested very late so never felt chained to the resort though very impressive. Breakfast was substantial and covered all tastes.
