    El personal del hotel es muy atento desde que llegamos al frontdesk (temprano por mi vuelo), nos buscaron una habitación disponible para poder acomodarnos, Una estrella grande para el personal del restaurante, aunque solo fuimos a desayunar el personal muy atento y calido en su trato, algo que se aprecia mucho y fue lo que nos hacia regresar a desayunar ahi!!

    I loved the staff working here at the hotel. Me and my husband came to the W for our one year anniversary and the hotel gave made a very nice gesture of leaving champagne in the room with a sweet card. The rooms are beautiful, the location is so convenient. I’m very happy with this hotel!

    The location and staff in this hotel were amazing. It's a very modern hotel and it's very comfortable. The hotel is right by Boston common and right beside a subway stop. The concierge are helpful directing you where you want to go.

    The W Hotel "Talent" as they are referred was exceptional. We are going through a very difficult time after our apartment just burnt down and needed an escape to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday after losing everything just a week ago. They went above and beyond to make us feel special at a time when we needed it the most! I'd definitely recommend The W Boston to anyone.
