    The hotel staff were AMAZING! My husband forgot his phone in a taxi on one of the occasions we arrived back at the hotel. The hotel staff went above and beyond to track down the driver and get the phone returned safely in a short time. They kept his mind at ease throughout, ensuring him they'd definitely recover it, which they did. I was so impressed at how quickly they stepped in and got the issue resolved. The area was nice - quite a few bars and restaurants in walking distance, and a convenience store too. It was easy to get a taxi outside the hotel and get anywhere in the city. Apart from that, it was what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

    The staff in the hotel were fantastic,there was a minor problem with the room,this was handled with a level of service above and beyond what was required.I n particular i want to comment on the concierge,Tourgai,who could not have been more helpful.

    I loved the contemporary feel of the hotel. The entrance was just so glamorous was a great feeling walking through the mirrored featured wall. Room was spacious and garden was just lovely although we didn't get to use it as we were out and about a lot. Beds were so comfy easily slept. The breakfast was simple nothing to get excited about but still a good breakfast. Just down the road was the metro and the hop on hop off buses were accessible from there too so super convenient. Taxis knew the area well no explanation needed.
