    Coffee and cake on arrival was totally unexpected. Breakfast, overlooking the dam was excellent.

    Wow, wat a lovely place is Waterfront Guesthouse. We only stayed there for one night, but regret that we couldn't stay longer. We were on our honeymoon and on arrival the hostess Hetta welcomed us with a lovely decorated room, she went out of her way. The guesthouse has a beautifull view on the lake. Nice restaurants in the area. Room was the most comfortable with a lovely bed and a great bathroom with shower, bubbelbath, candles, heater and all super clean. Breakfast was amazing as well. Thanks for everything Hetta!

    Greetings!!! For us Waterfront Guest house was an amazing experience due to the hospitality provided by Ms.Hetta,She was amazing with homely feeling enviroment which was absolutely amazing. Our next visit for sure the stay will 100% be at waterfront guest house. Once again do appreciate Ms.hetta for your hospitality. Regards MANSOOR

    Lovely view, pool and stoep. Air conditioners were a life saver! Very welcoming and felt at home.

    Hetta willingly provided suitable parking and an extension lead to provide overnight power to the fridge in my car so as not to deplete the battery. And complimentary Savannas went down well after a long hot day.

    What a rare find, perfect location right on the edge of the Vanderkloof Dam. What a star our host Hetta was, such energy and did she make our stay one of the best, we travelled 4500 km on a road trip around South Africa and Hetta with her Waterfront Vanderkloof Guest house was our absolute shinning star. We had food organised by Hetta for a braai on our arrival, complete with Braaibroodtjies (Toasted sandwiched made on the open fire) and salads as were were arriving late. The braai area that that she made avaliable to us, was perfect a setting over the dam . Breakfast was a sensation see the pictures and Hetta advised us of places to visit en route , including the Koeksister monument in Oranje. Hetta should open a 6 Star Michelin restaurant with her talent , don't forget to ask her for mouth watering Koeksisters. The rooms were stunning and very comfortable and enjoyed by all 7 of us.
