    Good location, in the centre of the Black River, not so far to the Appleton Estate and Treasure Beach. Very kind and helpful staff.

    We were taken good care of by everyone working here. We were given help finding someone to pick is up from Luana and bring us to the guesthouse as we were arriving very late. I was curious about the main building which is very old and beautiful and I have often wondered about it when driving past it on previous trips. Staying here I got to look around it and was given an account of its history which was really exciting.

    The entire staff at Waterloo were quite exceptional, from Ann who works extremely hard and is extremely professional, Odane who is hard working and kind, after 12 who is hilarious and an amazing chef, Nicholas extremely hard working and ethical, my kind friend Mr. C who kept my room and area sparkling clean and provided excellent customer service! and last but not least Stacey!!! Stacey is the cream of the crop in reference to customer service , work ethic, professionalism and honesty, she bent over backwards to make my stay comfortable! This woman is a beautiful beautiful person with exceptional leadership abilities she keeps her entire crew organized and hardworking. This was one of the most unforgettable times ever and I will be back guys luv ya!! It’s me Ayola!

    Staff friendly and helpful perhaps a little over worked. Apperance very run down but rooms were clean if basic.

    I liked that I had internet and cable. The staff tried to honour my requests. That was appreciative.

    Las instalaciones que tiene (aire acondicionado, agua caliente, wifi, TV) sería genial, si funcionaban. La piscina está bien.
