    At first look we were not happy looking at the property but the rooms were good and clean The staff especially bobby was really friendly ... The location is good and right infront of the beach

    Very close to all shopping, sights and walking street and opposite the beach. Beautiful location and amazing hotel. Staff were extremely helpful.

    What a find! from the maintenance man, security, F&B, housekeeping and reception; all the staff here are absolute customer service stars. The friendly family feel to the hotel is apparent; the management seems to have been able to turn the staff into an amazing team. I was ill during my stay and the team checked on me regularly to ensure I was ok and needed anything. Definitely THE BEST hotel in Pattaya. Shout out to B-MAR, Tiger, Slin.

    Very good hotel with great service, use to go to Hilton or Sheraton hotels but this in a same range with better service.

    From arrival to departure this was the most fantastic experience. The VIP room at 5,500 Baht per night was perfect, great big 4 post bed overlooking the sea. Far enough from Walking street to qualify as surburbia however it is only 3 minutes away. The food, ambiance and outside bar ( quiet jazz) allowed you to drift into a far away dream and let’s be honest, Thailand is a dream place to visit. We will return every time we are in the area. Simply perfect.
