    Ubicación espectacular, barrio tranquilo con muchos restaurantes, la atencion al llegar, perfecta, una persona encantadora y atenta

    El lugar bien ubicado, a solo 10 minutos de la catedral y del mercado central. Muchos restaurantes cercas. Es espacioso, comodo, limpio y bien decorado. Volveria 1000 veces.

    Very friendly people. When checking in we got a map of Florence and an explanation of where all the big monuments were situated and how to get there. We also got some recommendations for food. WiFi works really good, netflix is available and works. Location is really good. We did everything on foot and the longest we have walked was 40 minutes (because we got lost). Most big monuments are in a 15-20 minutes walk radius.

    Very clean room & bathroom. Good size bedroom and bathroom. The lounge area is cosy. Good aircon system in room and another fan in the lounge. Strong pressure shower. The bed is firm but the couch was real comfy I fell asleep on it. Netflix was a bonus when we couldn’t sleep at night (adjusting to time zones). Very Good wifi connection. The lady who met us for check in was so nice and extremely helpful she explains everything in the room and gives you maps and ideas on what to do. Handy having the balcony you can pop outside for fresh air. The city noise isn’t too bad, there’s no loud bars around so it was only traffic passing and the odd person talking. Restaurants close by. There’s a vegan place a few minutes down the road for those who are vegan.

    I liked the location and how we were greeted at the property. The lady who met us at the property was so nice and helpful. Took the time to show us around and look through a map to find the best landmarks and restaurants nearby. Wonderful wonderful person! Room was very clean and tidy.

    It was authentic, we liked the shutters on the windows, liked the terrace and genuine Italian building.

    Francesco was very flexible as we were late arriving and offered some useful advice to us re: parking and places to eat. Location was very good with most of the major sites within 10 minutes.

    Well equiped. Apartment has an AC which saved us , it was really hot outside. Close to the old city center and most of POIs.
