    La ubicación es excelente, justo en frente del West Edmonton Mall. La habitación es bien grande y confortable. Me gustó mucho el detalle de la silla para personas con mobilidad reducida dentro de la ducha, esto no lo había visto en ningún otro hotel y estimo que es muy importante para cualquier persona y su familia.

    Very handy location if visiting the mall is your plan. Room was quiet and comfortable. Liked shuttle out to airport which was easily arranged online and calls at this hotel.

    The breakfast was fine hotel was busy so small breakfast room was crowded. The location directly across from the mall was perfect just a short walk and righted in the door by all the restaurants. Short walk to humptys and mcdonalds which is where we went when unable to get a seat at the breakfast room. Easy to get out and go anywhere in the city from the west Edmonton mall inn.

    our granddaughter dropped her jacket in the elevator and the cleaning staff ladies picked it up and did not return it to the desk
