    It's very near Sunset Sanato where you can enjoy sunset in Phu Quoc. The room is quite big, very clean and comfortable. Plus, staff is very friendly.

    A great hotel, clean, quiet, fully equipped. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly, and also very respectful of customers. Only 5 minutes walk to the sea, this will be the place where my family and I choose to rest for the next visit to Phu Quoc

    -1day we arrive was greet by staff name jenny and danh..they great us with smile,warm welcome with welcome drink -they provide us with all information we need. -they help us on pick transport from airport,and we got that FOC..😍😍😍 -the room was very comfortable and beautiful -they help on arrange motorbike rent for us. -the staff almost every person,i repeat,every person was very good. -the other day till we check out ,the PIC of the hotel ms.Mai always help us on everything we need and she is super friendly and helpful also kind person. -we like to thanks her so much on the hospitality,we love u MAi !!!!! -the hotel also willing to cook for us whe we get the fresh seafood at the market for dinner. -and the last day they arrange us the airport transfer and send us to the car,the staff of the hotel is Superb!!!! Very recommended and we will come back again. Thank you very much to Mai, jenny,danh,nianh,dart and all of the staff of west phu quoc hotel..we love u so muchhhhh!!!!

    The staff here were so incredibly helpful! We stayed here the night before an early flight at the airport, as we arrived we realised we had lost one piece of luggage during the transfer from our previous hotel. With such a short timeframe before our flight the next morning, we were convinced we would not get our missing luggage back in time. But the staff were AMAZING at helping us retrieve the missing luggage, and we got it back at 5.30am before we checked in for our flight. Thank you West Phu Quoc Hotel! :) :) :)

    Their chef is arguably the best chef that a hotel at this scale can hope for. Surely the food is not of Michelin star's quality, yet, but it has the heart of the chef blended in and surely would rock you. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with great views. Last but not least, the staffs are all very friendly, approachable, and professional.

    Extremely friendly staff, beautiful rooms, clean, all the amenities you need. Beach is only a 5 minute walk from tbe hotel and you're only a 15 minute drive (motor bike or car) from a city.
