    The apartment was very clean. The beds comfortable. There were directions everywhere for everything. We faced no problems in using anything.

    It was hard for me to check in my apartment because of the long English. But I checked in with the staff's sensible handling. I am satisfied with the kind and quick answers and the travel distance downtown. Unlike worry, the apartment was quiet and comfortable. If this is a lodging near downtown, I will visit again.

    there was enough consumables like shower gel, towels and others. location of the apartment is quite central and general ambience is fine. equipments like washing machine, dryer, cooker etc are all up to date.

    The apartment was excellent. Very trustworthy staff. We forgot and left jewellery worth more than $20000 in the apartment and when we informed the manager, he got the cleaner to check it and they returned everything. Beautiful place, everything in the apartment was Clean and tidy. We certainly will go and stay there if we go back to Chicago.

    Spacious, clean and very comfortable luxury apartment with an incredible roof top terrace view too. All in all a great host who's keen on helping us even with best city spots suggestions. Totally recommended for everyone

    The apartment is amazing! Its completely new and everything is so stylish and fabulous, felt like a 5 star hotel. We were 7, but the place is good for even 8 persons (2 queen size beds and 1 sofa bed). The location is great, we walket to the downtown just for 40 mins and the district is very nice and safe.

    La ubicación es genial, y el apartamento es nuevo y tranquilo. Mis hijos se divertían mucho jugando con el Alexa de Amazon en la habitación. La cálida bienvenida de Steve fue muy servicial y memorable. Sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí cuando vuelva a Chicago.
