    The room and common areas were clean and renovated to a modern standard, and the location and nearby restaurants were great

    Right in the centre of it all, yet still a quiet hotel and free parking nearby was a bonus. There is no fridge or microwave in the room but we were lucky enough to get one of the fridges they keep aside for people with a medical condition, as it wasn’t needed. Nice staff.

    Good location, friendly and prompt service staff, comfy bed. Very nice historic decoration all around the hotel and in the room.

    Fantastic location, very clean and great value for money at this time of the year. I love this hotel it's my favourite from all the places we have stayed in the post 4 weeks in Alaska. Love...love....love it

    The staff were helpful and welcoming . The room was very comfortable and the pictures were of local scenes. The shuttle service was excellent nothing was too much trouble. I,d definitely stay there again and recommend it .

    It was a modern hotel, in a location where you were not expecting such great style and service. I thought my room as well laid out, though small, it had everything I needed. Staff were very friendly, the breakfast options were very good as well. Also liked how it was right downtown and easy to walk to everything in Skagway.

    The foyer area was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was good and the rooms had nice decor.
