Have been here many times. Best value for 3000b with view, facility and quality of service. The view here is a proper sea view. Not just some over the roof from kilometers distance. Room is ample size with spacious bathroom. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Wifi was fast.

The hotel is located quite remotely from Pattaya. However, we enjoyed the quietness and we relaxed at the hotel's pool and beach. Being a residences place, some of hotel services and facilities missed. The staff was friendly, however they were not very fluent in English. Therefore we could not communicate easily and thus the information we received was limited. The room was large, with an impressive view over the pool and beach. The sunset from the balcony was very nice. The bed was quite comfortable with clean sheets. The bathroom, even not big was clean and offered both bath and shower. The breakfast was very good, offering a combination of Thai and international foods. The pool was very nice and the beach was relatively clean. Some local restaurants close by on the beach could be a nice alternative for lunch or dinner,

the rooms were the same like in the hotel the residence pool is nice and empty compared to the crowded pool on hotel side...........

Modern and comfortable hotel away from the busy parts of Pattaya but close to enough dining options. The view from the balcony was beautiful as was the pool right next to the beach. Friendly staff.

Very nice and modern room, we had a spectacular view at the balcony, the staffs were helpful and very nice. Quite clean over all, the swimming pool was nice, clean water also.
