    Shower was strong with hot water. Staff were helpful with late check in and early check out, but information wasn't clear between them about pricing with VAT invoice.

    The room was very nice with mountain view as requested and the bed was comfortable. The staffs was very helpful and willing to help us when we need. We enjoyed staying here.

    Rooms and bathroom were big and clean. Stayed an extra night though moved to a different room on third night. English was good and they were able to provide anything needed.

    Nice room with comfortable bed, great warm shower, friendly staff. It is possible to rent a scooter at this hotel, which we did (5,5 euro a day) to get around Da Lat and to visit Elephant waterfalls and Lang Biang mountain. The staff helped us to arrange our transport to the next travel destination. They called local bus company and arranged a driver to pick us up in the morning from the hotel to take us to the bus stop in Da Lat - that was very handy as it was a bit elusive as to where this bus stop is in town. Overall, the place is clean (no bugs etc), they have a housekeeper changing the towels, cleaning everything and renewing water in the room everyday. We booked for 2 days and ended up staying one more. We recommend anyone to stay here! :)
