Winford room design always wow me. Staff did best to check us in with ease. We spent my husband's birthday here and there was a birthday surprise from the staff. Copa de Manila improved with more selections now than before. We enjoyed the pool on a weekday, we were the only swimmers for a time. Staff are attentive to our needs (it's a September day and we enjoyed this lean season so much, go on a weekday or on a midweek). I felt the 'resort' part of Winford this week. It's amazing. I felt rested. I also accepted the lack of bidet in the toilets, I hope they can change this. -

I stayed for 1 night with my family (2 adult and 3 kids ) but the reception only get the names of 2 adults and 2kids since this is the allowed guest.. so i thought it might only used for the registration purposes , but apparently it use for all the amenities. Since the other kid was not listed in the guest list he cannot use the pool. According to.the staff we need to register and pay 1,450 in the reception area..which is super expensive just to use the pool. So we ended not to swim just for the sake of my other son and we did not enjoy our stay because of that. Please make sure to explain to us everything that we need to know with regards to your policy and please include it your hotel policy in booking.com. Then the breakfast buffet please add fish menu. Most of the menu are frozen foods. I hope you need to improved your menu since we paid 750 per head. Thank you
