    Llegue al hotel y estaba Cerrado el lobby tuve que hospedarme en otro n lugar necesito que me devuelvan mi dinero

    I dont know why all the negative reviews. I stayed here for a week during our family vacations. I loved the place; it is close to EVERYTHING! When I say close I mean super cloase to all amusement parks and attractions. The room was confy with a full kitchen. The bathroom was prett nice with hot water. The staff treats you pretty nice. You have a wallgreens across the streets and a WAWA Gas Station. 10 to 15 min from the airport. I deffinitely will comeback to orlando and this resort will be my place to stay for an other week. PPL! Dont listen to bad reviewers, this place its nice and affordable!

    Nothing. Like staying in a prison. No one at front desk at check in. 2 towels for 3 people for 2 day stay. No maid service.

    Horrible, had to wait in the front office for over 20 minutes to be seen. Oh wait, they never did really open the office window, they just spoke to me from a little gap after I waited for 20 minutes. Didn’t even have the decency of opening and properly greeting, and after all.. lady had an attitude with me because she was “frustrated” .. long story short, I did not stay. Very bad place

    The hotel has roaches and the AC wasn’t working. Grace said that she didn’t have any room and she already charged mi credit card.. She said that I need to wait until the GM comes back from Vacations to process the refund.. At the beginning she gave the incorrect information saying that Booking.com will need to process the refund.. The staff members are rude and helpless.. Do not stay at this hotel
