    It was very comfortable and refreshing to have a living area to sit and watch TV. The couch and recliner were plush. Loved having 2 bathrooms. The staff were good. I love to stay at the Max once a year.

    The room was clean, if I wanted clean towels every day just leave on floor. Bed was ok but we were there to sleep only. We went to South Lake Tahoe, Reno, and it was nice. Love the breakfast at Black Bear Restaurant! Thank you.

    room very clean including towels and sheets. Comfortable bed. Great entertainment in casino. Black Bear restaurant...great hamburger.

    we used this hotel as a stopover, out of town, parking, restaurant which we used for dinner and breakfast. room was great, staff lovely, casino on ground floor and smoking, which we knew before we booked. It does carry onto your clothing, we are non smokers but not a problem for us.
