    La amabilidad de los empleados y su simpatía. Muy atentos en todo momento del niño y sus necesidades. Excelente desayuno. Playas privadas con material a mano para que usen los niños y los mayores. Nos dejaron late check out sin sobrecoste que con un niño es un gran detalle.

    We arrived at the hotel and the room was noisy, small and unpleasant. Customer service made an effort and upgraded our room to a quieter and more spacious room. Had a great vacation. Highly recommend.

    Literally one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. The location, the staff, the rooms, the food, everything was incredible down to the finest detail. The staff looked after so well and even surprised us with a bday cake for my bday!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

    Large property but so many areas to sunbathe and swim that it didn’t feel overcrowded. Worth the extra for the maisonette with shared pool. Easy to have family staying with separate room for children. 2 bays to swim in the sea.

    The location was exceptional and I think possibly the best hotel location on the whole island of Crete. The private beach and sun loungers were never overcrowded and the whole place had a very relaxed feel. The view from the room and restaurants/beach etc was stunning and I loved that the hotel had it's own small harbour so swimming was safe and easy with a sandy beach leading straight into Turquoise sea. We had fresh beach towels in our room every day and would have been very happy not to have eft the hotel at all...except we are adventurous souls. The buffet food at breakfast and evening meal was excellent also. we put on so much weight!!

    This hotel offers a great deal of different things to do, it’s nicely spread out with plenty of different bars and restaurants. It’s also very close to the town where there are plenty of restaurants and bars if you would like something to do away from the hotel. The staff were all so kind and couldn’t do enough for you. Beautiful hotel.
