    El personal del hotel y las instalaciones. Nos alojamos en una suite que tenía una cocina completamente equipada, sala de estar, habitación y baño

    The location was great for my purpose. Close to the UNHQ, MoMa etc. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Was not aware the property was a time share. Very last page in small print "no housekeeping service" Were you trying to hide this info from customer. It should have been in BIG BOLD lettering on first page. Then on top of everything they try to persuade you to sit thru a two hour presentation on the purchase of a time share. What the hell is that!!!!!!

    Good room size, good bed size. Location is not bad.

    Close to subway and city venues. Lovely view from roof. Close to food facilities. Small store next door and others nearby. Loved that they had water available with ice in. Also, my husband could make a cup of tea in the foyer. It was the only hotel in the US that provided that. Not everyone drinks coffee. Great having a fridge. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. No question was not answered or help with how to do something or go to some place in the city. Would stay again and recommend it to those who are going to stay in New York. The views of the city are from the roof.

    Nice big rooms with very comfortable beds. Top floor common room has great views and has a balcony for warm nights.
