    Es difícil decir lo q mas me gustó, ya q la estancia fue espectacular, el hotel inmejorable, la habitación nuestra tenía jacuzzi todo muy limpio al igual q las instalaciones y todo el recinto, y que decir de la atención excelente de todo el personal incluido el servicio de limpieza.Recomiendo este hotel sin duda alguna y desde ya les aviso q el próximo año repito sin lugar a dudas.

    I came here for 5 nights in the Pool Villa, and it was bloody impeccable. It is definitely worth it for all couples to go for this Pool Villa as you will enjoy it much more than standard rooms. As much as you look at the reviews, take it with a grain of salt, because at first I was worried, but when I saw my room, it was nothing short of amazing. Dang, one of the service staff at the property went above and beyond every day to make my trip the best trip I’ve had in years.

    WE LIKED NOTHING. Quilt provided was 99% damaged from inside & only cover was there. No one replaced in 2 days stay. Reception was the only controlling authority & was not prepared to listen / rectify. Located in the outskirts of main city. Jacuzzi was not working. Water logging in bathroom. Supply of tea & milk pouches in the room was not adequate & restricted. This is worst experience of my international travelling of over past 20 years.

    Very bad customer service. Jacuzzi in the room had dead cockroaches and the hotel staff did not change the water first. When i argued they agreed to change the water but only with unclean water which wasn't clean for the next 3 days. Couldn't get the water cleaned in entire 3 days of the stay. Rude staff, when tried to contact manager always advised that manager is always in meetings. Had to call 5-6 times just to get room cleaned every morning. Overall very bad experience.

    Convenient shuttle service to Patong and Jungceylon shopping centre. Rooms were very spacious and clean.
